Pre-listing home preparation

On this recent project, we removed all furniture and other home contents, painted the entire house (cabinets included), installed new countertops, replaced the vanity and mirrors in the master bath, and installed new carpet throughout.  The home received 16 purchase offers in 5 days, and sold for $40,000 over the list price.

On this recent project, we prepared, sealed, and painted brand new drywall throughout the 3-story addition.  We also installed new doors, window trim, and baseboards. The property was occupied at the time, so we took great care to keep dust to a minimum by vacuuming often and separating the work area from the living areas with plastic walls.  We'll return soon to install the flooring.
